Walked in and met a young woman in 20's in HR after waiting 15min. Two more people brought also in their 20's. Asked a couple of questions each and left. Never said their titles in the company or even who they were. I had to guess from the emails I got. A couple of more questions on communicating with others. Then was supposed to be an autocad test but that was waived and the interview ended. Not one senior person with experience came in. Never saw anyone like a director or even a manager. I felt like an old man there.

The interview was not up to par with the seniority and level of experience that Inviro was hiring for. The questions that were paused by the interviewers were completely tailored more towards interviewing a technician rather than an engineer. Fundamental engineering questions were not on the table. Knowing the names of the suppliers was more important than laying out a conceptual design idea.
