Entrevista
Lengthy interview process where the same questions are being asked by different teams including HR. It became very repetitive over a period of 3 days and 4 hours of interviewing! The positions were then offered to junior candidates with less money than originally advertised. A lot of time wasted!
3-4 hours long, Multiple individuals from team come in to interview separate. Interview questions are situational and attempt to understand your character more than anything else. You are also given a tour of the facility
