They contacted me even after three months I applied for the position. I think it is probably because of Covid19. I got an interview after 3 days they contacted. They checked background and referees a week after the interview. It has been 6 weeks now but I haven’t got any reply yet. I contacted them last two weeks and they replied the result will probably be out within two weeks.

Short notice, highly technical questions, no empathy or positive engagement with the candidate. Did not provide any information about the vacancy. It was almost like a test, there was 0 interest in making the candidate feel comfortable.
