there are three people who interview me , and they ask few questions about the job, my prosonnal opinions about IOM and ask if i have questions for them or not. the interview lasted for 15minutes.
Mostly behavioural questions. Need to know the geopolitical context of the region and migration trends. Panel interview with multiple individuals, asking questions for 45 minutes. One round and an offer for the job
