The process started with a CGPA based shortlisting criterion. After that, there was an online assessment consisting of two DSA questions (LeetCode Easy to Medium level, focused on Greedy and Heaps) along with 10 core subject MCQs. I was able to solve everything quickly and got shortlisted for the next round.
The first technical interview lasted around 90 minutes and covered a wide range of topics like introduction, resume discussion, projects, puzzles, and low-level system design (OOPs-based coding). It was one of the longest interviews I’ve ever had. The interviewer was a senior person, and although I felt I didn’t perform very well, he kept motivating me throughout.
Just a few minutes later, I was called in for another round of a case study discussion. This one mainly revolved around identifying problems and addressing them using technical concepts. It was quite engaging and lasted about 50 minutes.
After that, I was prompted to take a psychometric test (30 minutes). Unfortunately, despite clearing all these stages, the company eventually froze hiring for the entire batch and never came back with an update, which was quite disappointing.
