First there is a online test that you have to write . coding question. You have to write 2 piece of code and optimized it. They are looking for optimizaton. Then there is brief phone interview Then there is group interview where it has another 30 min quiz and tech. question ask by interviewer. The tech question consist a broad range of topic: C, C++, Java, perl, shell script, Object oritented, networking, operation system, database The quiz is all coding question. And some SQL queston as well. All the question are not hard. But 30 min is not alot. The quick way to finish all the question would be write all code in psedocode.
