Entrevista
I was hired very quickly. I had a telephone interview with the HR person followed by one with an executive director and was later joined by a Mgt Consultant. The interviews were easy and went well. The interview lasted about 45 mins. I was of the impression that this company were in a hurry to hire.

The greatest difficulty at the interview was for me to get a chance to say something. The interviewers kept talking and asked very few questions really.

Entrevista
It was a long unstructured interview and the interview was interrupted by a senior executive who rushed into the room and started to tell the interviewer what to ask me and tell me how I should answer and then wouldn't let me answer and just talked and talked not about the company but about themselves.
