There are many steps in the selection process which includes talking to a recruiter and taking an assessment and flying out to meet with the hiring manager then talking to someone at the assessment company and flying to Atlanta to meet with more people.

Process was amazing. From phone to zoom to on site interview- Until the end. I was ghosted. When they checked references. My references said it went amazing. Was told multiple times the decision was being delayed due to problems and gave a new date to first week of January. This is after 4 weeks of communication. I reached out to HR ( text communication they offer was very convinient) No response. Followed up again, no response, followed up a third time and still no response. I had to find out via LinkedIn that I did not get the job. Not getting the job is not the disappointment as the just not getting the courtesy to be told so when you are in the final round of interviewing.

What would you say to the statement " Leading by serving can be seen as weak"
Not sincere and brief. no feedback. use a third party assessment and try to make specific assessments about your experience. Feels like people on-site don’t have say on who is hired
