Great leadership and experience getting to know the team. Very smart group from top to bottom. The interview process went smooth, in talking about current experience, career goals and chat about the culture.

I enjoyed the process because I got to speak with different departments and it gave me a glimpse of the agency from the very start. I don't like to just know about the department I am interested in but find it necessary to know about the other team members that will be involved in my day to day work. I think that the interviewers did a good job of explaining what they look for in their team and how my role would fit into that.
