I had a very disappointing experience with the Talent Acquisition specialist. After scheduling an interview with me, the TA specialist called me on the wrong date and time. This was frustrating enough, but what made the situation worse was that after I had the interview with the hiring managers, I received absolutely no feedback from the TA specialist. The lack of communication and feedback is highly unprofessional. Ghosting candidates, even when the news isn’t positive, reflects poorly on the company and its respect for job seekers. It’s crucial for a TA team to follow up and provide at least a brief update, as it’s a basic aspect of maintaining professionalism. I hope the company addresses these issues, as it significantly impacts the candidate experience and the company’s reputation.
