Entrevista
Met with one of the assistant managers for the first interview. Was asked very basic questions regarding experience in the restaurant industry, liquor knowledge, and availability. Asked to come back a different day to meet with the general manager for a second interview, but wasn't much of an interview as it was just meet and greet.
Never reached out. Waste Of time broken promises. Long wait time. That is about it. No one let me up for interview.
I never even got a call back after wards.
Sat down for an initial meet and greet - spoke with the bar manager and the gm. Got asked questions about me and then a few questions about bar drinks - how to make a margarita, old-fashioned etc.

Interview process was pretty simple and straightforward. I met with a manager on the first day and then the GM on the follow-up interview. Though I was told I would also interview with my direct manager beforehand, I never did.
