"I recently went through a two-step interview process. The first round was a video call with the ERP Administrator and the IT Director, where we discussed my background, skills, and how they align with the role. Following that, I moved to the second round, which was a panel interview with the entire IT team, consisting of seven people. This session was more comprehensive, involving deeper technical discussions and team collaboration scenarios.

They asked me some key questions such as 'Tell me about yourself,' where I had the opportunity to highlight my background and career journey. They also asked 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years?' which gave me a chance to share my long-term goals and ambitions. Finally, they inquired about 'What do you do for your day-to-day job?' which allowed me to explain my current responsibilities and how they relate to the role."

The initial interview was with an outside recruiter, then HR generalist, followed by two.manager interviews and a virtual online assessment. The interview process was friendly, professional, and moved along quickly. The assessment was a little different than how it was described, but only a minor curveball.

Entrevista
I went through several rounds of interviews then was told I was not selected. A year later they invited me to reapply because the position still had not been filled. This time I required them to share the salary before going through the process all over again. They were offering a low salary for the responsibility and duties. I did not waste my time going through the interview process again and withdrew my application.
