Phone screening, in-person interview, mock project, final interview. It was all pretty standard, though I wasn't terribly impressed with the company after my final interview and ended up accepting something else a few days later. I was even less impressed with the fact that I never heard from them again, after meeting twice and doing a project that took most of a day. What company does that?
