Started with a phone interview. Then came in for an in person interview with one person who invited me to come back in for a second round interview. There was a project I had to send in before the second round and chapters in a sales book I had to read. At the second interview we discussed both of these things and were asked more questions. Then I spoke to the director of sales and he told me more about company culture, benefits, salary, etc. Also was asking me about whether I would take the role if it was offered or if there was anything holding me back.
