I met with a manger of Delegate sales and he was very friendly and personable. We went over my experience and asked me why I wanted to go into sales. The position is half cold calls, half research trying to get small bushiness to come to events and conferences. Overall it went well, but the NYC office looked kinda depressing.

Interview was one on the phone and then one in person with the HR person and the manager for new people. The manager put pressure on me to answer personal questions that I was not comfortable answering.

Basic questioning and some role-play - sponsorship interviews are more difficult.
Focus on SPIN but don't just say it, know it - if you don't know it don't pretend. They focus very hard of solution based selling and looking for a point of opportunity or pain. It's a conceptual sell at IQPC.
They also want hunger, i want for money and a start the ground running attitude.
