I felt the technical round went well — I was able to answer all questions confidently, without any major issues or gaps. However, I was later informed that they had decided to move forward with other candidates. I followed up to ask for feedback or specific reasons, especially since I genuinely felt I had performed well — but I never received a response. The lack of closure or transparency was disappointing. Candidates invest time and energy into these processes, and a simple explanation or constructive feedback would go a long way in maintaining professionalism and respect.
