The hiring process starts off with a standard phone-screening interview which lasts for about an hour and focuses on your previous experience and tasks. Of course there are the standard questions as to why you want to work for the company, what is your motivation for working in this field and expected salary. The second step is to prepare a presentation and present in front of a team of upper management. The topic varies on a case-by-case basis and the time for preparation also varies. The presentation itself is through WebEx and takes approximately 1h. They provided me with their final decision after 5 business days.
