Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm und eher ein aufklärendes Gespräch über den Job und die Tätigkeitsbereiche. Es wurden sehr allgemeine Fragen gestellt. Allgemeine Fragen betrafen Ausbildung, Erfahrung in dem Bereich, bisherige Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie. Frage wie man sich in gewissen Situationen verhalten würde. Dauer ca. 45 min.

IQVIA interview process: recruiter screen, HireVue video, hiring manager interview, technical/behavioral rounds with team or senior CRA, final review and offer decision focusing on clinical knowledge, communication, and risk awareness. As fast paced as i wanted.

Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

Entrevista
a week after I applied, I got a call from a recruiter, He reviewed salary and job expectaions. Then I did the HireVue interview. Now I am scheduled to have a virtual interview with "the hiring team". not sure what that means, but that's what the recruiter called it. I do know someone that works at IQVIA and they referred me for the job. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.
