Cumbersome! Basically, if you are not part of their "clique" in their personal life, forget about it. They are only making you come to the interview because A,) it is close to their home and they don't have to travel far B.) they are stating to Quintiles that they are working a full day 3.) Make it look like they are choosing from a pool of candidates to make it look like their friend is the best one for the job. Very unprofessional and painfully obvious that after having a few interviews for different positions and being very qualified that the Director and Associate Directors and Managers are only choosing their friends.

Last week on 8/1/25, the recruiter informed me via email that my second interview today (scheduled at 8/5/25 at 4pm CST) would be a phone interview (not a virtual interview) with the hiring manager. Today (8/5/25) I received a Microsoft Teams interview invitation from the recruiter at 3:46pm CST (less than 15 minutes before the start time of the interview). Since I was previously informed that this would be a phone interview, I joined the Microsoft Teams meeting via phone (as previously instructed). There appeared to have been some poor communication because the hiring manager appeared to expect a virtual interview versus a phone interview.
