Un entretien collectif a été organisé avec jeu de rôle (mise en situation reflétant un travail d'équipe) qui a été suivi d'un entretien individuel afin de poser des questions plus personnelles et de répondre à d'éventuelles questions. Il y a eu possibilité de discuter avec un employé lors de l'entretien collectif.

Colloquio iniziale conoscitivo, seguito da una chiamata veloce per spiegare ed organizzare il prossimo colloquio, un colloquio tecnico (Excel, SAS) a cui hanno richiesto di preparare una presentazione di 5 mintui a scelta.

Entrevista
2 rounds
1 initial HR round. They will call you and ask some questions regarding your job information.
1 Technical round. Mostly technical interview questions regarding your job role, and also they'll check your mental condition.
Advance pretty easy. The difficulty of the interview depends on the criticality of the status of the project. If they really need employers, the interview can be very easy. Basic CDM questions.
