Entrevista
The process is intermediate with respect to difficulty levels, that includes an easy HR round, followed by an moderately easy aptitude test round. This is followed by a technical round with respect to the profile in which one wants to apply and finally an interview round with the senior management of the profile and the site director. This process is basically followed for an experienced person.
For someone who is a fresher and is applying for an external consultant's role, the process is simple with respect to the kind of questions in the technical round, basic knowledge of the domain and industry is enough.

2. Videollamada de caso de estudio con reclutador: realizar cálculos de análisis dimensional.
3. Tres videollamadas back-to-back de entrevista, y dos casos de estudio.

-Caso de estudio de Market Access con realización de cálculos, temporizado.
-Caso de estudio de Market Access con análisis de oportunidades de mercado.

the shl questionare was quite different than anything i was used too tbh not sure if a lot of it was relevent to the role (or what I thought based on job description)
