Entrevista
The Talent Acquisition team were friendly and very considerate of my time and availability. They provided me with information and guidance throughout the interview process, however since I was not chosen for the role, they did not bother to contact me and inform me their decision.
HR round and Hiring manager round -
HR round was simple asking general HR questions.
Hiring manager asked questions on my experience, internships and skill. At last 2 business case studies relatively easy.

Had an interview with a recruiter for a position I was likely overqualified for. A couple of things to beware of:
- Misleading Compensation: The salary range posted online is significantly higher than what is actually being offered. When I spoke to the recruiter, the absolute "hard cap" was actually in the middle of the advertised salary range, even for a "superstar candidate". This lacks transparency and honestly wasted both my time and the recruiters time.
- Unprofessional Advice: The recruiter offered unsolicited advice on how I should communicate my "career desires" to my current employer before looking for new employers. It felt like a major overstep.
