There were 2 rounds .Technical round and then HR round.
Technical round was more rigorous and gruesome. HR round was very informal and salary discussion took place.
They evaluated my Communication skills and ability to get into new role.

Entrevista
I attended a walkin interview, my details e.g. name , age , experience etc.. were recorded at the entrance. Then I was asked to proceed to third floor for further process. When I reached the third floor I was handled questionnaires of aptitude, reasoning , test of english for completion. After completing the questionnaire , I was asked to wait . I was told that I am selected for next round with HR.

The questions asked by HR were basic which included my experience, current CTC etc. HR also explained about role, shift timing etc.. During the technical round i was asked mostly related to my experience.
