Screening interview with HR/Recruiter. Next step is with the hiring manager. Questions addressed normal clinical research situations. I spoke with two managers at the time...all remote with camera on. It was a very low-stress envirnoment.

Interview questions had to do with RECIST criteria, CTCAE, general oncology.
Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

HireVue virtual interview was the only interview I completed so far. It was straightforward and easy once you got the hang of talking to yourself. Make sure you use the think time to practice so you're more relaxed when it starts.
Quick and painless (not anxiety free though haha). I spoke with a recruiter first, did the HireVue interview, and then had an interview with one of the managers. I think giving a lot of information about my experience during the HireVue was super helpful, and helped me feel more confident too.
