Entrevista
Concise interviewing with goal of getting reps into the field, instead of a long drawn out process. Followed prepared agenda of questions but felt it didn't allow for discussion of skills, experience and achievements. Rather looking for reactions to situations. One interviewer conducted the interviewing while the other restlessly squirmed in his chair like he was worn out from the interviewing process. This is very distracting to the person being interviewed. No real ability to stress skills and achievements and no sharing of information about the position.

Entrevista
I have had two interviews with 2 separate teams in the last month. Both managers ghosted me when I inquired about the status, even though one told me I had moved to stage 2. What a waste of my time and respect -
Recruiting process to me is odd. I have been trying to introduce myself to recruiters, etc but they won’t give me the time of day. Doesn’t give me good impressions when the recruiting and talent team ignore messages. Engage with those wanting to work for you, you’d be surprised their potential.
