I had to develop a presentation in advance, the interview was split equally into 3 parts: 1) Background and motivation questions, 2) competency-based questions 3) Presentation prepared prior to interview with a Q&A following

On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.
