Initial Phone Screening with Recruiter, additional phone interview, then in 3 in person interview at headquarters in Chicago. The process overall took about 3 weeks, this was the course for campus recruiting.

Entrevista
I interviewed at IRI in December 2019. applied through the official website a recruiter contacted after 3-4 weeks, completed 1st and 2nd round also was called for a final on-site interview and after 30 mins of confirmation of on-site they canceled it saying that have a better position for my profile.
Then I waited 2 weeks to hear back for those positions. Meanwhile followed up within that 2 weeks but the recruiter never really cared to reply. after 2 weeks she contacted and arranged telephonic interview for another position out of that 2 new positions she mentioned.
1 more week passed but she did not reply, on the 3rd week after follow up in the meantime, they found out I am not a good fit for the role.
They took around my 2 months of time with a completely unprofessional recruiter.

Entrevista
Initial screen is a phone call with HR on general background and experiences; Second round is with the team lead; Last around is in-person interviews with 2 team members. Very conversational and welcoming.
