No interview. They send you an email to take the online assessment and if you rate high enough, you get an offer. Then you get fingerprinted, badge, etc. Do paperwork,swear in then it’s official. You’re a fed
There wasn't an interview. There was an online assessment with the job application. The assessment had several behavioral questions that referenced conflict escalation, ethics, and collaboration. There were also general language use questions and basic math skill questions.
no interview takes place they hire upon background check which is a month long process once passed you get a start date then your hired its a quick and easy process they hire in mass quantities
