Very good interview process. 3-4 people were interviewing me. It was a Skype interview however, it was only a voice call. There were no technical questions only competency based questions were asked.

I applied on USAJobs and after 3 weeks they called me to set up in an in-person interview. The interview took place at their office and lasted about an hour.

Entrevista
Resume was shortlisted on GPA basis followed by typical HR interview. HR interview lasted for 10 minutes and that's it. Only GPA was more important for the selection. Communication skills were tested during HR round.
