I applied and went through a four-round interview process. The first round was conducted by HR, who then forwarded my application to the Noida director and the marketing manager. After passing the second round, HR informed me that the final round would be with Sumit Karla, the director of the Chicago office. During my interview with him, he mentioned that HR would contact me if my profile was selected. However, HR scheduled a fourth round with the director of Chicago, the Noida director, and the marketing manager. We had another discussion, and they said they would send me documents to review. If I agreed with the terms and conditions, they would proceed further. After spending four days interviewing in one week, HR later informed me that my application was on hold. I feel like they are playing with my emotions and wasting my time and energy.
