Entrevista
There were multiple rounds of interviews - in person and virtual. They admitted that their ideal unicorn candidate would be so well-connected in the IT industry and that that ideal hire would not need any training; however, that kind of candidate would warrant a salary much higher than the meager $82,000 that they were offering. Leadership was rude and offered little to no feedback. They seemed quite discouraged that they could not find their perfect unicorn candidate and had to continue to interview people and not even be able to offer that person 6 figures for the expertise and connections that they would bring to the table.
Complete waste of time.
You go through the hiring managers to get interviewed by the CEO and COO.
CEO and COO hired the managers.
Yet they don't trust and micro interview. Betting it's the same way inside based o reviews. Metrics vs real life claiming to have a work / life balance.
They even said they are family oriented. Yes .... no. Business isn't family.
Questions are mediocre. Engineers are nice. Director is nice.

Entrevista
One phone interview, one onsite. The phone call was technical enough to know you have worked in IT before. Onsite interview technical portion is asking how you would deal with certain situations, where you've previously worked and what you did.
