Structured competence based interview.
Interviewers had prepared questions in advance.
Scenario type questions were included along with problem solving and specific Project Management questions
The interview lasted approx 1 hr and there was a follow up interview also

Can you tell me about a situation when you had to meet a deadline while your work was continually being disrupted? What caused you the most difficulty and why?

Entrevista
Initially a phone screening. Then in-person onsite interview (with non-technical staff) with technical screening (exam/paper based). After that, a follow up interview with the technical staff, and a less formal technical screening/chat.
