The owner Van Jacobs is one of the best employers I've ever had the opportunity to work for. The Company 'culture at this computer services shop is that the customer's needs come first, that is EXTREMELY rare. The owner will bend over backwards to find ways to further an employee's career even if that means securing future employment with a larger firm
