ITA has a very thorough interview process, especially for executive level positions. The owners took me to dinner the night before the day long interview with C-Suite and spent time discussing the vision of the company and the expectations for the position. I then interviewed with multiple executives across the organization and the HR staff in a group setting. There were good questions and this forum allowed both ITA and me to assess fit and how my skills could be applied to needs of the company. Overall, a great experience
