Had cleared all the rounds and HR even showed the CTC and breakup. After that, no updates and no one will respond. It it's L1 and L2, we can assume that we dint clear and won't get back. But after the CTC discussion and everything, its not appropriate for such a big company to provide the actual reason for candidate rejection after all the rounds. Hoped for better way to handle as it's a waste of time for all of us.
