Entrevista
The interview process for the Software Engineer role was smooth and structured. It began with a technical phone screen focused on coding problems, followed by an on-site interview that included whiteboard coding and system design questions. The interviewers were knowledgeable and open to discussion. A behavioral interview assessed my communication skills and cultural fit. The process was challenging but fair, providing a good balance of technical and interpersonal questions. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I was happy to receive an offer shortly after.

Entrevista
There are a few stages as describe below:
1. Answer online questionaire, which test basic knowledge of accounting, and also your personality and behavioural questions.
2. Online interview with the financial manager: To tell him in more details about my education and experience, and some questions I asked him.
3. Onsite interview with the financial manager: I did not complete this step, as I got a job offer somewhere else, so I cancelled his appoinment.
