Phone call with CTO. Code challenge. In-person interview, one-on-one with a handful of team members in succession. Whiteboard challenges in Javascript and SQL. There were definitely questions I didn't know the answer to. I felt ambivalent about the company before the interview, but after the interview I definitely wanted the job. The people were so nice and it was so fun to talk tech with them, part of me didn't want to leave!
