Much like the previous statements made below, it started off as a positive experience, but quickly turned sour toward the end. I was contacted by a recruiter where I was told I would be put through several rounds of interviews. The meeting with the Project Manager Lead went phenomenal! However, the 3rd interview with the CEO was a bit off as he asked a lot of questions in hopes that you would talk bad about yourself. For example, "What is something negative your manager would say about you if I were to call them right now?" and "You come from a large company, why would you trade in the glamour for a company like ours without concrete processes." He also tried to downplay my intelligence by stating that I was "young in my career still" though I have years of experience in the exact field. Lastly, the cherry on top was not hearing back from anyone for weeks about my application status (which was odd as they were so quick schedule multiple interviews in the beginning and again had reached out to me first). I was essentially ghosted and was told they were not going to move forward with me after reaching out several times for a status update. All I can say is be careful interviewing as it almost seems as a way for them to gain insight into what other companies are doing in today's market to stay relevant in theirs. I went through 3 rounds and was ghosted - Be careful not to have your time wasted as well.

What is something negative your manager would say about you if I called them up right now.
Met with the CEO in the final round - prior to that met with another notable team member who asked me pretty standard interview questions for a PM role. The process was very straightforward and quick with the turnaround. The CEO was definitely the gatekeeper and the final okay - for obvious reasons.
