There were three rounds. First round consisted of them explaining the role as vaguely as possible and never mentioning that it was only for charities. Second round was an assessment day. We were asked to come in the morning where they made us wait for 2 hours. Then we were asked to follow a team leader and do door to door sales for about 5-6 hours. Finally the third round was with the top management on the same day to decide who got the role.
