Three part interview:
1 - telephone interview with HR rep.
2 - MS Teams interview with manager and HR rep.
3 - In person interview with Directors, including presentation.
At all stages the panel were friendly and the interviews were not regimental in nature, meaning you have a good opportunity to put your thoughts across.
