Got call from HR. She scheduled first telephonic round. Round was scheduled for 3:30 but interview called at 8:30. Questions were in depth about current project, work profile, what I do and why I do it. Qas called for second round f2f after 1-2 weeks. The interviewer was a PM and was just beating around the bushes with questions on ITIL and project management. Basically very few questions relevant to my profile. I cleared that round and was asked to leave and suddenly when in parking was called by director for final round. I went up again and cleared the round. Questions were more about work profile, why icertis, personality questions and few puzzles. After that I tried contacting HR but no reply from her for a month. Suddenly got call from her for HR round. I was pissed off due to such behavior. Overall process is not smooth for candidates and no feedback /visibility to candidate.

My overall interview experience was really good. I had 2 rounds of technical interview where my previous job role and responsibilities were focused on and 1 round of HR round. All the rounds were well organised and quite professional.
