I had a smooth and professional interview experience at Icertis for a Functional Consultant role. The process was well-structured, and the interview panel was knowledgeable and respectful. Questions focused on both technical skills and alignment with Icertis' FORTE values, which were clearly reflected throughout the process.
The team clearly communicated the importance of the role in fulfilling Icertis’ mission, which made the conversation purposeful. I appreciated the transparency and the strong emphasis on culture.

My overall interview experience was really good. I had 2 rounds of technical interview where my previous job role and responsibilities were focused on and 1 round of HR round. All the rounds were well organised and quite professional.

The final round was with HR, covering role expectations, company culture, and compensation details. Throughout the process, the HR personnel, Anandi, was very supportive and guided me carefully through each step, making the experience smooth and transparent.
