Two rounds of in person interviews with personality test. Asked me about why I was interested in the job and what I knew about the company/their products. No curveballs and I had no problems even with no prep.

Entirely virtual. Had I had an in person interview and seen the conditions of the enterprise, I would not have accepted the position. Very kind people, however, they came across as desperate to fill the position. I should've been more inquisitive.
