After applying on jobsite, I was called in for a short presentation on the same day. I got a bit lost on my way there, so I was happy that they had already sent over some directions. The presentation went okay. I was really nervous. However, I was back the next day at 9am after being invited for a second interview. We hopped in the car, and headed to great yarmouth where the event was. I was assessed by the trainer and we had a good laugh. I was given a few tasks to complete and we headed back to the office for 5pm. When we got back to the office both me and the managing director agreed that this wasn't for me and we shook hands.

There are 3 stages of the interview process - I was phone screened initially by a really friendly member of HR on the phone, and asked questions mostly referring to my CV and motivations and was asked what attracted me to apply for the role/if I like to travel/my hobbies and interests and what I could bring to the company if selected. I was then selected for a face to face interview with a member of management which was suprisingly really laid back and casual. They had Ted Talks playing on a tv in the background and good music (great radio station choice) in the waiting room and offered me a drink as it was SO hot which actually made me feel really comfortable before I went into the interview room! I was in there for only half an hour in total, sat through a short presentation about the company, their ethics and values, their expansion plans, the job roles in detail and was asked then a few questions about myself and what I could bring to the company. I received a call that same evening and was invited back for a second stage interview for the next day where I shadowed their trainers at an event in Norwich and was given various tasks (i've done at previous interviews) and had to complete a questionnaire at the end of the day to make sure I was l was taking notes throughout the day. At the end of the day, I was exhausted, and definitely should have taken the manager seriously when he suggested wearing flat shoes at the events, but overall, it was a really positive experience, i'm really looking forward to working full time at Iconic and getting to know the team and start a new career.

Called in at short notice, for a role that wasn't really described to me fully at any point (Role, where I would be working etc.)
First interview was great, the staff were friendly and calming.
Second interview however seemed messy and all over the place. With little knowledge of the day ahead of me I was put in a car with four other people and taken somewhere on the opposite end of the county and basically watched people hand out leaflets. Not what I was expecting.
The "interview" was to take place over the full day and there were four other candidates who were all competing for the same position, which was very uncomfortable.
I was given tasks to complete which seemed irrelevant and like fillers to make sure I wasn't getting bored, but at which point I was not ready to stay another six hours (After already being there three) and do the same tasks.
I terminated the interview.
I did not feel that this was beneficial to me and found myself leaving shortly after twelve.
