The phone interview with HR was supposed to be for 15 minutes, but it went over 45 minutes because she couldn't stop asking questions. It was a contract company, the recruiter was talking nonsense. After taking so much time she got back to me next week with the word file full of questions and asked me to fill those. And those were the same questions that she asked during the call.
I emailed her and said I'm not interested in the role anymore.
She said If selected then the next interview would be with the Hiring Manager. Would be more technical. But it would be more of a conceptual. Won't be the coding assessment.
