3 step process. Phone call, in face interview, offer call. I was very happy with the opportunity to meet with a busy regional manager so quickly. That interview changed my entire life.
3 Zoom interviews. Final interview is a sales pitch that you must be prepared for, do your research, they want to see your knowledge of upselling. Addition to that they want you to mitigate and overcome a no response in the sales pitch and close a deal

Standard process. Phone call, meet in person, vetted by 4 rounds of interviews. Very nice, transparent company, interesting. Asked standard questions of background, goals, told about standards, answered my questions. Good follow up.
