It was done over the phone. Most questions were standard such as conflict resolution, team work etc.. not much questions on the actual treatment or skills, no questions on your expectations or personal goals

Would not recommend. They treated providers like trash and very little training went into aesthetics. Sales and medical did not align. Great for getting your foot in the door for aesthetic nursing.

Entrevista
The initial interview was virtual. The interviewer was easy to talk with and informative. The questions asked were basic about interests in the company and the industry. I had a positive experience. I was initially worried after reading the reviews about this company and other peoples experiences, but mine was great! The second part of the interview was an in-person shadowing experience that allowed me to see what the job was going to be like and meet the staff.
