Easy, over the phone it was during Covid. Research the company, explain yourself, how you handled situations with an angry client, how you use effective communication. It was very informal

Would not recommend. They treated providers like trash and very little training went into aesthetics. Sales and medical did not align. Great for getting your foot in the door for aesthetic nursing.

Entrevista
The initial interview was virtual. The interviewer was easy to talk with and informative. The questions asked were basic about interests in the company and the industry. I had a positive experience. I was initially worried after reading the reviews about this company and other peoples experiences, but mine was great! The second part of the interview was an in-person shadowing experience that allowed me to see what the job was going to be like and meet the staff.
