We understand that not moving forward can be disappointing, especially after preparing a detailed portfolio. For this role, we had a particularly strong pool of candidates, and ultimately proceeded with those whose profiles aligned most closely with the Marketing team’s current priorities.
All of our assessments follow a predefined competency and criteria matrix to ensure objectivity, consistency, and fairness for every candidate. This helps us evaluate overall capabilities in a structured way. We’re sorry to hear that the evaluation felt unbalanced from your perspective.
Some steps for leadership roles can take longer due to multiple stakeholders. While it’s not always possible to provide detailed feedback to everyone, we do aim to share more insights whenever we can, especially when candidates request them. We recognise the importance of clarity and timely updates, and we’ll continue improving how we manage follow-ups moving forward.
