Entrevista
It was the open campus drive at IPS Indore. It consists of 4 roounds. First round was a simple apptitude and technical just basic questions. Then the second round was to develop an application only back end for police complain related which ti be solved in 3 hours, i did in 1hours and the code is checked by someone from company. I explain all function and how it was working then he wrote my name n college. after 2 days i got mail regarding interview at their Indore office. Third round took two panelist one of them was Tech lead about the projects and Java concepts thoroughly and with example. Every concept should have given with example. I cleared that round. Fourth round was with CEO he discussed my written question in diff aspects. I solved earlier using LinkedList then he asked me to solve using database. It was quite interesting round he told how clients gave projects and all discussion.
after 1 day I got mail to collect offer letter and gave joining in Aug 2018.
Actually they are offering 1.8lpa but I have another offer with good package.

Design a web application(Backend only) for police complaint record. You should maintain a complaint id and person who filled and fir against person and all info. If a person has more then 10 complaints then their name should be in blocklist. also police can search FIR using complaint id , dynamically compliant can be added and deleted. there are total 6-7 operation we have to design. I did only 5 and felling sleepy so i called invigilator and submit code. He also said you have time you can do but i refused.

Written test.... Multiple choice question... 15 qsn based on aptitude and logical reasoning and 25 qsn based on core subject like data structure, ada, dbms etc.... After clearing written test there will be a machine test..
They provide a good gap of two weeks for preparation of machine test... Qstn in machine test will be like to develop a console based management system using data structure concept .... After clearing this…

Written test.... Multiple choice question... 15 qsn based on aptitude and logical reasoning and 25 qsn based on core subject like data structure, ada, dbms etc.... After clearing written test there will be a machine test..
They provide a good gap of two weeks for preparation of machine test... Qstn in machine test will be like to develop a console based management system using data structure concept .... After clearing this there will be a small formal intetview for about 15min where they will ask about your projects and oops concept... Overall u will have a good experience and opportunity to learn
